Country-By-Country Navigation

First, begin by opening the Find a Document Page, where you will find an interactive map of the world. To navigate the clinivation WorldView website and find the reports and documents you need, simply click on the region of the world of interest. A page will open that shows that region with countries associated with it. Click on the country for which you would like to view (Subscription Members) or purchase (Non-Subscription Members) reports and documents. To change the country and/or region you are looking in, simply click on the Region or Country tab to navigate to a different country or region.


WorldView Content

Clinivation WorldView provides regulatory information on a country-by-country basis. When available, country regulatory reports, forms, and templates are compiled to create a complete country regulatory dossier. Dossiers can be purchased individually by a registered member of our web site. Subscription members have unlimited access to view all available country dossiers. Search

Clinivation WorldView provides a keyword search function on our site for easy access to the information you want. Simply type in a keyword or keywords in the search box and click go to return relevant results. If no results are returned, try to shorten the string of keywords.

If you are unable to locate the item you want, try to navigate for the information through our Find a Document page which allows you to search for documents on a country-by-country basis.


Updates

Clinivation is committed to providing accurate and timely regulatory information as it becomes available. Clinivation WorldView will be updated on a quarterly basis. As new releases become available they will be listed on the Latest Updates section of our website.

User Types

Clinivation WorldView offers several different types of access to our website including guests, registered members, and subscription members.

Guests have access to search and browse the various country reports and preview the report contents. Guests will be prompted to create a member account at the time you place your first order.

Registered members have access to search, browse, and preview the different country reports. Registered members can purchase individual or multiple country dossiers which include the country report, all templates, and all forms associated with that country.

Subscription members have unlimited access to search, browse, and view all of the country reports available on clinivation WorldView.


Using Your Account

Need to change your password? Need to update your billing or member information? Whatever you need to do, you can do yourself via Your Account.

Simply login to the clinivation WorldView site and click the " Your Account " link in the left navigation box. (This link will always be available to you when you are logged into the site.) If you have forgotten your password to login to the site simply click the Forgot Password? Click Here.

If you are a new customer and have not placed an order with us yet, you do not need to register or open an account with us first. You will create a member account at the time you place your first order. For more help on ordering, click here.


Member Subscriptions

clinivation WorldView offers the option of a subscription membership, which allows a user or a group of users unlimited access to all the content on the clinivation WorldView site. Subscription members also have the ability to set preferences in Managing Alerts to stay on top of ever-changing regulations.

To purchase a Member Subscription, click on Purchase a Subscription in the Browse box on the left hand side of the page.


Managing Alerts

If you are a WorldView subscription member, you can request to be alerted when information on a specific country or region changes. Alerts will send automatic email updates directly to your inbox to let you know when a country or region has had a recent update.

To set or remove alerts, login to your subscription account and click on the Manage Alerts link in the browse box. To set an alert, check the box next to the corresponding country or region. To clear an alert, remove the check box next to that country. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Pricing

Annual subscription memberships are available for $4995.00. Subscription members have unlimited access to all the content on the clinivation WorldView website including all country reports, forms, contacts, and templates.

Enterprise subscription memberships are also available. Please contact sales@clinivation.com for pricing information.

Pricing for individual dossiers varies on a country-by-country basis. Regulatory dossiers for emerging markets start as low as $495.00, while regulatory dossiers for leading markets start as low as $895.00.


Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with clinivation WorldView is easy. First, simply create a member account on our web site with your necessary billing information. If you do not wish to create an account before you purchase, you will be prompted to create an account when you place your first order online.

4) Sign in or continue without creating an account
5) Enter ship to information
6) Review purchases and continue

We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express) and purchase orders. Credit cards should be used when placing orders via our Internet Store. Purchase orders can be faxed to 508-655-6561.

We'll grant access to your order when your purchase order clears (usually 7-10 days). Credit cards are charged immediately.


Canceling Orders/Refunds

Due to the unique nature of our content all sales are final.


Payment Declines

If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge your credit card, please check with the issuing bank for your card. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information.
