Please feel free to download the following documentation templates. They're formatted in Microsoft Word 2000 for Windows, so they're probably compatible with your system. Downloading is easy and follows the standard guidelines. For the more common IE 5 (or greater) browser configurations, you can either: (1) left click on the template of your choice, which will immediately download the template into your browser's temporary directory, open the template, and allow you to choose the "File --> Save As" option from the browser toolbar menu; or (2) right click on the template of your choice and choose the "Save Target as…" option, which lets you select to where you can store the template and from where you can open it.
