Executive Assistant

Position Description
As an Executive Assistant, the successful applicant will support important activities and procedures focused on critical internal operations and communication initiatives.
This position is full-time.
Position Responsibilities
- Support and represent the CEO by performing a range of administrative and operations activities
- Maintain appointment schedules for CEO and Senior Executives by planning and scheduling internal and external review meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Secure confidential information and maintain customer confidence
- Project a mature, professional image and provide responsive, meaningful, high-quality administrative leadership
- Support, develop, and maintain a daily work plan and calendar that tracks activities, milestones, and deadlines
- Welcome customers and guests, in person or by telephone, effectively answering or directing inquiries
- Support the maintenance of documentation, filing, tracking, and information retrieval systems
- Develop and maintain the requisite computer skills to effectively utilize state-of-the-art office equipment and systems (Ongoing testing and certifications may be expected.)
- Understand and comply with Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the CEO and Senior Executives
Position Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years successful professional experience in the administrative support field
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration from a leading university
- Certifications in Microsoft Windows and Office applications preferred, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience a plus (Candidates with strong documented proficiencies may be considered, depending upon experience.)
- Excellent presentation and communication (both oral and written) skills
- Excellent time management, planning, and teamwork skills
- Must be willing to work hours as needed to meet deadlines and needs
- Must qualify for and maintain a corporate credit card with sufficient credit line to enable extensive business travel
